Submissions
Do you have a piece of writing that you would like to share with the world, but don't know where to share it to?
TDWS's proudest and foremost program is featuring works by young writers through our social platforms. If you are interested, please read our guidelines and submit below.
We are a safe digital environment for all writers, authors, creators, and literary lovers! We have zero tolerance for hatred, inciteful comments/material, bullying, harassment, and bigotry.

Given the ages of those within our community, any form of erotica will not be accepted.
If someone goes against our community guidelines; based off of the degree of violation, that person may face:
-
ban from submissions
-
ban from any/all TDWS servers (such as Discord)
-
block
-
ban from future workshops and events
What don't we allow?

-
Typo-heavy submissions (to the point where it can't be understood)
-
Extreme use of political and religious viewpoints in a way that may be harmful
-
Triggers we DON'T accept: rape, incest, homophobia (from a POV of supporting homophobia), emotional abuse, child abuse, animal abuse, racism (from a POV of supporting racism or racist writing), fat-shaming (from a POV of supporting fatphobia)
-
As long as it is not too graphic, we will accept the following triggers: violence, animal death, self harm, suicide, gore, catastrophic loss of homeostasis, themes of racism, homophobia, transphobia, sizeism, insects, bodily wastes, nudity, sex (with view discretion advised), blood, and substance abuse.

Submissions must be LESS than 8,000 characters, which is approximately 900 words.
